Rod Cauchon — Owner and Lead Inspector

With a father who did electrical work professionally, and two uncles who were plumbers, Rod Cauchon’s interest in building science took off at a young age. Rod’s path to becoming a professional home inspector had several key stops along the way, including careers as an automotive mechanic, store manager, mason—and most importantly—as a general contractor constructing and restoring residential and commercial properties. Seeing a need for a consistently high-quality home inspection in the area, Rod started his own company and sought out the most skilled inspectors around to join his team.

Rob Lux — Associate Home Inspector

Home inspector Rob Lux started working with his hands at a very young age in Buffalo New York doing repairs and remodeling on his family’s 31 room motel. He continued to hone his skills in multiple aspects of the construction industry from roofing, plumbing, and low voltage wiring, with a focus on residential and commercial remodeling on a wide variety of jobs.

Rob moved from Buffalo to Arizona roughly 15 years ago and met his prize wife, Stephanie, who is in the medical field helping people, and they have two very active little boys. Not only did Rob start a family in Arizona, he also began a career in the HVAC industry. He moved up quickly within the company from a technician doing service repairs and installation of heating and cooling systems, as well as hot water heaters and ventilation systems. He then moved into sales, which furthered his knowledge in the HVAC field while he was doing retro fitting end estimations. Home inspection was a natural next step in Rob’s career. He will apply this knowledge and experience while inspecting your home to better serve you and your home inspection experience from start to finish.
